As long as the vehicle is insured, you can park it in your rental spot. If you will be gone for 30 days or more, please notify our office.

Light maintenance on your vehicle is fine. Tools and parts must remain in your space and repairs must be finished in one day. The vehicle needs to be in driveable condition once repairs are complete.

Of course! As long as the driver is authorized by you, they can pick up your RV. As the RV owner, you are 100% responsible for any damages to the facility or any vehicle on site, regardless of who’s driving.

For your convenience, we can set up auto payments through ACH or major credit cards based on the anniversary of your start date.
